Exchange Policy – TEETOOMAMA

At TEETOOMAMA, all products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange Process:

① Contact us on WhatsApp: +92 317 1043297
② Share your order details and exchange request
③ Our team will dispatch your replacement parcel

When Your Parcel Arrives:

  • Put the old item inside the empty return flyer
  • Paste the Replacement Return CN slip on the newly packed item
  • Seal the package properly
  • Hand it over to the same rider at delivery time

Exchange Charges:

PKR 300 only (Cash on Delivery)

Important Notes:

  • Exchange is possible only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
  • Kindly be informed that TEETOOMAMA does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
